Derrek Lete
Hello everyone! I’m excited to be heading into my 16th season coaching and my 9th season with the Lady Suns. I love being part of the Southridge community and coaching girls' basketball here. Before being at Southridge, I coached at Umatilla (Boys Basketball) and Echo (Girls Basketball) both schools in Oregon where we made many State playoff appearances. During that time, I was named Coach of the Year on two different occasions and selected to coach in the Oregon High School All Star game. I enjoy spending time with my two boys, Ander and Manny and my wife, Kylee. When I'm not at the gym, you'll find me camping, hanging by the pool, or at the softball fields watching my wife coach her team.
