Coach Brittney began her dance career at Kamiakin High School, where she served as a team captain and competed at the national level in Orlando, Florida, developing a strong foundation in leadership, performance, and team culture. She went on to continue her dance experience at Eastern Washington University, where she remained active in competitive dance and performance.

Following college, Brittney spent several years teaching studio competition teams at The Dance Class, working with dancers across multiple age groups and competitive levels. Her coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, performance quality, accountability, and confidence—both on and off the floor.

She currently serves as the Head Coach of the Southridge Heatwave Dance Team, bringing together her experience as a team captain, collegiate dancer, and studio instructor to build a program rooted in growth, discipline, and unity.
